Prior to her appointment as CEO, Ms. Kolding was charged with overseeing and activating all partnerships for House Party, and has engaged clients such as Kraft, TiVo, Palm, Hershey's, Cartoon Network, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Todobebe, Whirlpool and Avon to deploy the powerful House Party viral marketing platform.

Prior to joining House Party in early 2006, Ms. Kolding founded and was CEO of an outsourced services firm specializing in strategic sales and partnerships. From 1998-2003 Ms. Kolding held a series of senior executive positions at Jupiter Research (NASDAQ: JUPM, fka JMXI, fka JPTR), during which time the company grew to over $100 million in revenues. Her roles included Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Client Service, Senior Vice President of International Business Development and Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts. Throughout her tenure at Jupiter, she worked with Fortune 500 clients from every major industry in 13 countries.

Prior to joining Jupiter, Ms. Kolding served as Vice President of Business Development for GetSmart, an online financial products comparison-shopping service that was later purchased by Providian, and in 1988 founded a commercial real estate research firm called Land Sales Resource (LSR), supplying proprietary data and research to commercial real estate lenders, brokers, appraisers and corporate executives.

Ms. Kolding currently resides in Parker, Colorado with her husband and 2 sons.

Gene DeRose is the chairman and co-founder of House Party, Inc. Gene, the founder and longtime CEO and chairman of Jupiter Communications, is an entrepreneur, writer and consultant who has built a career out of anticipating how technology and other forces will transform media, culture and society.

Gene spent 12 years building Jupiter into the most successful and well-respected firm analyzing the impact of the Internet on traditional businessÐwith particular focus on consumer entertainment, marketing, and commerce. Gene created a talent-focused franchise, as he and his analyst team appeared regularly on CNN and other news outlets, and were regularly quoted in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal, as well as in Businessweek, the Economist, Ad Age and Variety. He led Jupiter's initial public offering, and by the time the company was sold in 2000, Gene had created a profitable, $100-million-revenue-per-year company. Gene is a founding director and currently serves as chairman of MOUSE (Making Opportunities for Upgrading Schools and Education), a non-profit organization that helps New York City-based public schools make effective use of technology.

Gene, who earned a BA in English Literature from the University of Virginia, lives with his wife and two daughters in Chappaqua, New York.
